preFAB is a hypothetical retail store selling pre-fabricated homes. The store itself is a pre-fabricated home that could show the clients coming in the quality of these homes up close. It would work as a facility from which to sell pre-fabricated homes. The identity from the signage is repeated on the interior mural seen below.
